Mar de Pulpí ~ Luxury on the Spanish coast
The resort
At the Mar de Pulpí seaside resort, sun, sea, and luxury come together. Situated on the stunning Almería coast in southern Spain, it's the perfect setting for those who appreciate comfort, nature and an active lifestyle.
Surrounded by lush gardens and carefully designed landscaping, Mar de Pulpí offers an oasis of tranquility. Paths meander through green spaces, perfect for morning strolls or relaxation after an active day.
With facilities like a padel tennis court, a pétanque court, a gym and several swimming pools, there's always room for exercise and fun. You can run around the resort or by the beach. Children will have fun in the green maze and various playgrounds. Casa Querencia is located in a gated community, making it safe for children to play and explore.
Located near the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and close to authentic Spanish villages, Mar de Pulpí offers the best of both worlds: tranquility and nature, combined with culture, gastronomy and vibrant beaches.
Phase 7: Los Narcisos
Mar de Pulpí is divided into several "phases." Our apartment is located in Phase 7, called "Los Narcisos" (the daffodils). All phases are gated and only accessible to residents and tenants.
The seaside resort is brand new and built to resemble a white, authentic Andalusian village. The resort is very spacious.
Los Narcisos features:
Two large swimming pools
Two children's pools
Two large sunbathing areas with sunbeds and parasols
Two jacuzzis
Several playgrounds.
The resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The Mediterranean Sea is only about a 500 meter walk from our apartment.
Mar de Pulpí
Mar de Pulpí is located in a new area of San Juan de los Terreros, a sub-municipality of the larger town of Pulpí. There are three airports near the resort:
Alicante - Alicante-Elche Airport (2 hours drive)
Murcia - Corvera International Airport (1 hour and 20 minutes drive)
Almería - Almeria Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes drive)
The luxurious seaside resort has its own centro comercial right on the boulevard with various restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Stroll along the wide paths along the well-maintained green trails or enjoy one of the cozy bars and restaurants within the resort, all within a five-minute walk from our apartment.
For the sporty types, there is a padel tennis court, a pétanque court, an indoor gym, bike rentals and direct access to the coast for a walk, yoga, or run with beautiful sea views.
Families have also been considered: several playgrounds, safe children's pools and even a green maze.
