This loosely translates to "querencia," and it perfectly describes what our bungalow apartment with private terrace and garden represents. It's a wonderful place where we create beautiful memories with our family and we hope the same for you 🤎.
Casa Querencia is located on the Mar de Pulpí seaside resort, just 500 meters from Playa Los Nardos and Playa La Entrevista, on the Almería coast, near the towns of Águilas and Vera.
The apartment is fully equipped with airconditioning, wifi, an open-plan kitchen with appliances, and a modern bathroom. The spacious living room has a sofa bed and a smart TV with built-in Chromecast. Last but not least: your own parking space in the underground garage with electric gate.
Casa Querencia is located in the "Los Narcisos" section and offers several communal facilities: two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, two children's pools, and two playgrounds. It is completely secluded and surrounded by greenery and beautiful walking paths.
The apartment
Enjoy all the amenities of our newly built Casa Querencia bungalow apartment. Suitable for 3-4 people, it features a bedroom, a double sofa bed, a private terrace with garden and a private parking space in the underground garage.

Behold the brand new coastal resort of Mar de Pulpí, built like a white, authentic Andalusian village, with various swimming pools and jacuzzi’s, own centro comercial on the boulevard and various sports facilities. Directly by the sea and bordering the beautiful sandy beaches of San Juan de los Terreros.
