Casa Querencia can be rented by the week (7 nights) for a holiday, but shorter or longer periods are also possible. The prices listed below are per week (7 nights). Would you like to rent for a few days longer or shorter, or book a long stay? Please contact us.
The listed prices include Wifi, internet access, smart TV, private parking (underground parking with an electric gate), final cleaning and linens (towels and bed linen).
The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.

Casa Querencia is an officially registered holiday home. We use the resort's overarching operating license (A/AL/00232). This guarantees that our property meets all the strict quality requirements and safety regulations of the Junta de Andalucía.

Additional services can be booked upon request, such as extra bed linen and towel changes, extra cleaning, or laundry service. Travel cots and high chairs can also be rented. Please contact us for more information.

Mar de Pulpí is located in a new area of San Juan de los Terreros, a sub-municipality of the larger town of Pulpí. There are three airports near the resort:
Alicante - Alicante-Elche Airport (2 hours drive)
Murcia - Corvera International Airport (1 hour and 20 minutes drive)
Almería - Almeria Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes drive)
